  • Admissions Application (A completed Admissions Application is required in order to be considered for admission to Mercy McAuley High School.) If you are interested in applying for admission, please contact Kevin Brinkman, Director of Admissions, at (513) 681-1800 x2272 or
  • FACTS Financial Aid Application (Financial assistance is available through the Circle of Mercy Education Aid Fund. Families who wish to apply for Mercy McAuley financial assistance must complete and submit a FACTS financial aid application. There is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $30 to submit the FACTS application. FACTS is an independent service used throughout the Archdiocese of Cincinnati to determine financial need. Mercy McAuley will use the FACTS form as the basis for distributing assistance.
  • Registration Form (Students who have been offered admission to Mercy McAuley High School should complete the Registration Form to officially register to attend Mercy McAuley. There is a $600 technology fee; $300 of this fee is due at the time of registration and can be paid online within the Registration Form. When completing the Registration Form, use the same login you used when completing your Admissions Application.)

*Due to COVID-19 concerns, the Archdiocese of Cincinnati has waived the 2020 high school entrance and placement test for current 8th grade students; therefore, the test will not be offered this year. Mercy McAuley will review students' elementary school records, including standardized test scores and report cards, along with the Admissions Application and essays, as part of the admissions process.
