Visual Arts

From ceramics, drawing and painting, to digital arts, printmaking, photography and Senior Studio, Mercy McAuley’s visual arts courses help students explore and unleash their creativity. The use of technology is heavily stressed in multiple course offerings. Advanced courses are available for students who aspire to greater mastery and challenge; these students are guided to create a portfolio that will benefit them for college applications and scholarship opportunities.

Mercy McAuley is home to two spacious art studios, a digital design lab with 3-D printer, a photography lab and an art gallery. An annual art show featuring student artwork is held in the spring and is open to the public.
