Meet Your Mercy McAuley Athletic Trainer
Jessica Black is the Certified Athletic Trainer for Mercy McAuley High School. She has been with Mercy Health Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine since 2017. Jess received her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Eastern Kentucky University in 2015. She is licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky. Jess currently resides in Kentucky with her husband and dog. When she is not with the athletes, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog, Nova. Athletic Training Room Hours
The Athletic Training room is open during the school year M-F, as soon as school lets out, to whenever the last sporting event takes place. Weekends and holidays are by appointment only. Hours may change according to scheduled competition needs. Jess covers all home games as well as traveling for tournaments.
