Cafeteria

Our food service provider is WG Grinders. WG Grinders Cafeteria Operations partners with Meal Magic for managing our lunch service software and online payments. Credit Cards are the only form of payment accepted through the online payment portal. Cash, checks (made payable to WG Grinders), and credit card deposits can be made in the cafeteria. The Family Portal for Meal Magic is very user-friendly and will allow you to transfer funds between siblings, set daily spending limits, and limit the purchase of certain items. 

New users will need to set up an account at https://wggrinders.familyportal.cloud/ to access lunch account information and make payment online. If you currently have an account through the Family Portal, you will not need to register for a new account. 

To set up a Family Portal Account, access the website and click on “My Account”. Then click on “I need to register as a Family Portal user.” Enter your email and follow the directions to complete the set up. After registration, the account will need approval. The account approval process usually takes less than 24 hours. 

Note: Any money that was left on your child’s account at the end of the school year will show up on your child’s account for the next school year automatically.  There is nothing that you need to do for this to happen.
